DESCRIPTION

The Teruko Sampson Memorial Scholarship was established by her family and friends to assist theatre and dance students attending Brookhaven College with tuition, fees, and textbook purchases. Teruko Sampson was a dance student enrolled in Brookhaven College until her sudden death in 1990.

FULL REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must:

1. Be a Brookhaven College student
2. Be enrolled in theater or dance courses
3. Have a minimum 2.0 GPA
4. Enroll in a minimum 6 credit hours

Submit the following to the Brookhaven College Financial Aid Office:

1. Completed DCCCD Foundation scholarship application form
