DESCRIPTION
Established to provide scholarships for students who are underserved and plan to teach math in the public schools after completing a four-year degree.
FULL REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must:
- Be an El Centro College student
- Be an underserved student who plans to teach math in the public schools after completing a four-year degree
- Have completed 15 credit hours at a college of DCCCD
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Enroll in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
Submit the following to the El Centro College Financial Aid Office:
- Completed DCCCD Foundation scholarship application form
- A letter of recommendation from a math faculty person
