Applying for Foundation Scholarships

The Foundation offers approximately 250 scholarship opportunities to new and returning students at the Dallas County Community College District’s seven colleges. Scholarships are available by major, field of study, career you are pursuing or by the DCCCD college at which you are enrolled or plan to attend.

To apply follow these 3 steps:

1. Visit or contact the Financial Aid Office at the DCCCD college you attend or plan to attend. Tell them you are applying for a DCCCD Foundation scholarship (scholarships are different from federal financial aid).

2. If you qualify, complete a DCCCD Foundation scholarship application. Be sure the information you include is correct and complete. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. The application is in PDF format.

3. Submit the application(s) according to the application process outlined in each scholarship listing. Since requirements will vary, follow the application process for each scholarship listing closely.
