Lion Legacy Closet

MVC’s Lion Legacy Closet

Mountain View introduces the Lion's Legacy Closet. 

Opened in February, the new closet provides professional attire for students in need to attend job interviews, hiring fairs and other professional events. For more information about location, hours of operation and future donations email cedwards@dcccd.edu.

Dr. Guy Culpepper

Guy Culpepper, M.D., ’78 graduate of Eastfield, is one of the many health professionals on the frontline combating COVID-19. Dr. Culpepper’s leadership began early in his career while he served as the Chief Resident in Family Medicine and as the President of the Medical/Surgical House Staff of St. Paul Medical Center. The founding Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine at Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Hospital in Plano, Dr. Culpepper’s dedication to primary care continues through his leadership and practice.

Samantha Trevino

Samantha earned her Associates in Science from Mountain View in 2010. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from UNT and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management from UNT Dallas. Since 2014 she has worked as Resources Generalist for Trinity Industries. She serves as the professional development apprenticeship director for the not-for-profit, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) by helping recent grads in the first years of their professional career.
