Hunt has a deep passion for community colleges that compelled him to join the Foundation board in 2005. He continues to provide his expertise and support to advance DCCCD's excellence.
Dr. May took over as chancellor of the Dallas County Community College District on February 26, 2014. He replaced Dr. Wright L. Lassiter Jr., who retired December 31, 2013, after serving the college district for 27 years, the last eight as its CEO.
The Dallas County Community College District Foundation is governed by a board of distinguished business and civic leaders who make an impact in local and global communities. These individuals provide valuable insight, helping the Foundation galvanize the excellence of DCCCD and its seven colleges.
