Welcome to myScholarships!

The DCCCD Foundation offers over 300 scholarship opportunities annually to students at the seven colleges of the Dallas County Community College District.

DCCCD Foundation scholarship awards are based on academic excellence, achievement, leadership, goals and/or other factors.

Scholarships are made available through private donors, foundations and community-based organizations wishing to assist DCCCD students with their educational goals. To view the scholarship list please visit the myScholarships opportunities page.


Applying for Foundation Scholarships

The application period for Fall 2017 DCCCD Foundation Scholarships has ended.
The application period for Spring 2018 scholarships begins on August 1, 2017  and ends November 1,2017.

Returning Applicants

Returning applicants must sign in to myScholarships to review, update and resubmit their application information. Updates must be made by the application deadline for each semester.

First Time Applicants

Students submitting an application for the first time please review the myScholarships sign in steps.

Note: All required documents for admission to DCCCD must be submitted and you must have a DCCCD ID before applying for any DCCCD scholarships.

If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer, please refer to the invitation email you received.


Important Application Instructions

Some scholarships require essays, email contact for individuals providing letters of recommendation, or other supplemental documents. Please ensure your essays are well-written, organized, and free of spelling or grammatical errors.

These documents must be uploaded to your online application prior to the scholarship deadline. The application will state if letters of recommendation, essays or other materials are required for a scholarship. All document attachments become the property of DCCCD and will not be returned.
