Debbie Taylor

Debbie Taylor is Director of U.S. Markets for Citi Community Development.  She leads the team of Market Managers in California, Nevada, Illinois, Texas, South Dakota, Massachusetts, DC Metro, and Florida. 

In these markets, she leads Citi’s commitment to financial inclusion and economic empowerment for underserved individuals, families and communities in order to build cities and communities that are inclusive. She works with the businesses to deliver on the regulatory obligations of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) in these markets.

Debbie is also responsible for the Citi Community Development Innovation and Impact Initiative, a fund that helps develop innovative solutions to key issues in these communities. A 30-year veteran of leadership positions in non-profit and civic initiatives, she holds a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. 

Mrs. Taylor is past Chair of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Board, having also served as the 2007 United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Campaign Chair.  She is currently Vice-Chair for the Dallas County Community College District Foundation Board.  Debbie also serves on the Boards of the Dallas Women’s Foundation and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation Board.

Debbie was honored with the 2011 J. Erik Jonsson Award, the highest volunteer award given by the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and in 2013, the Dallas Business Journal’s Outstanding Directors.  She was honored with the first ever Corporate Social Responsibility Executive of the Year in 2010 by the Center for Nonprofit Management. Other honors include Dallas Business Journal’s Most Influential Women in Business award, the Ebby Halliday Rose of Distinction award, and the Junior League of Dallas Sustainer of the Year.
